I'm always on the hunt for ways to change up my at home workout routine. Sliders are a fun and effective fitness tool. I love that there are so many uses for them and how little space they take up. Don't have sliders? You can use a paper plate on carpeted surfaces or a towel/sock on hard surfaces. Add this to a larger workout or enjoy it as a quick circuit on it's own.
Slider Reverse Lunges
Slider Lateral Lunges
Slider Mountain Climbers
Slider Pushups
I recommend 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps of each exercise.
